I have used the molded starters on new (uncrimped) hulls and the do work. However the sharp edged metal ones work better, at least for me. I use them on a MEC 9000, MEC Sizemaster, PW 375 and PW 800+ ... |

According to My Hodgon shot shell manual
16 ga. , 1 1/4 oz. , 3 1/2 dram = 1315 FPS.
This will for sure get one's attention in a light weight (upland) 16. |
