| A ring bulge is the most common problem when shooting steel in guns not meant for it. Almost purely cosmetic in nature when shooting an auto or pump but is a disaster for a double. |

| Silly. Just use # 3 or 4 steel and if you can shoot and hit what you are shooting at you will get your share of pheasants.And along the way you might ruin a gun worth a few thousand bucks. |

Hevi-Shot is good. Shot a lot in 20 and 12 gauge and a little from the .410.
The 16's I hunt with most is a '55' Sweet with either full or mod fixed choke barrel. Or an older Model-12 so I shoot ... |
