Putz, yah I have all the gromets and washers... that is usually for keeping powder from leaking though. The shot side had a rubber grommet, but that old adjustable bar was hanging up 90% of throws.

I found a bag of dr16 I forgot I owned, I got sent a free bag several xmas ago for winning some post contest and forgot!
I just measured them, base is 0.655".

Edited! I found the 0.630 base diam that grafs reported for dr16 is wrong, actual measured at 0.655"
