I don't know about you folks in the east and the midwest, but finding a 16 on the used gun rack at a shop here in the west almost never happens. Seems 16's must not have been as popular here as they ...

Just got back from beautiful Dateland Arizona after taking part in our annual dove hunt. We've been doing this hunt for over 25 years. It was hot this year -- hotter than I can remember over the las ...

I can only say I really hope Ithaca makes it. This is a venerable old gun company whose claim to fame, the M37, is one of the finest guns ever manufactured. A steel shot-ready 16 would be pleasurabl ...

I wouldn't say over the Rem Game Loads, but if they're at the right price they should be good. I've never used any of the 16 gauge Estate hulls, but have loaded lots of the 28 gauge. They're made by ...

In 16 I usually use 7/8 oz. of 7 1/2 or 8 shot. In my 28 I use a 3/4 ounce load. A lot of my buddies insist on shooting 1 1/8 ounce 12 gauge loads -- for them the resulting bruise on their shoulder ...

I don't know that the petition will help, but I signed in anyway. Oh well, looks like I'll have to find someplace new to get suckers to pay 22 cents apiece for once-fired 28 gauge hulls.

I agree with everyone. BP might not always have the best prices, but the service is first rate. They also carry a wider variety of specialty products in less-common gauges, particularly our beloved ...

Hevi Shot is probably even worse for your barrel than steel. I'd stick with Tungsten Matrix or Bismuth. I've shot a lot of Bismuth through my old Model 37's to good result. Bismuth won't give you t ...

And I can't get used to chucking those pump guns. Wink
Only pump ...
