Only one shell per test but all very carefully hand weighed on a digital scale.

The basic recipe:

Cheddite 16 gauge hull
Winchester 209 primer
DR16 wad with about 1/8" filler in bottom of ...

You want a 20 gauge load using Red Dot that you can shoot in a 16 gauge using chamber reduction inserts or did you mean to ask for a 16 gauge load using 20 gauge WADS?

Charles, I'd say one at 1150 in hot weather for the 3/4 oz. load since most people will be shooting them at targets.

Most of them that have been in decent shape have been going for right around 500 dollars. Some rougher ones have sold for around 300.

Charles, you forgot to add that you cut those 2 3/4" hulls down to less then 2 1/2" with that load since you aren't adding any filler.

My load is:

2 3/4" new primed Cheddite hull ...
