With a couple of modest exceptions like the recoil spring Remington parts will not fit on an Auto-5.
Rem 11 parts will fit on the American Browning made by Remington during WW2.

It is the only decent reference book on the Auto-5.

I think the A5 will handle the chamber pressure, just put the rings on the heavy setting and make sure there is no oil on the mag tube.

That pattern is center heave, not surprising as most of these Brownings are tighter than marked with modern ammo.
