Old pumps are pretty respectable bird guns in the right hands. Since I'm left-handed, they didn't work quite as well for me.

FWS preceding the numbers means from 1946 to 1950.

FW in a Smith's description by itself usually means "featherweight" w/two screws in the sidepla ...
