Although that's still a little on the heavy side, it would seem like the 16-gauge may lean toward the 20-gauge for me in terms of feel. The gun may not be as barrel-heavy as the 12-ga ...

If I'm not mistaken the inner diameter of the bore would be 2.60 inches.

Considering that the 12-gauge is .740", if backbored, that's 3-1/2 times ...
