Are the Herter's 16 ga hulls the same hull used by Winchester for their game loads, in other words can reloading data for the Winchester hulls be used with the Herter's hulls?

I, J, O, Q & Z are the others that aren't used and as to the why that's something I can't answer.

I found this date code on line years ago but there are some that don't fit this so only Winchester can decipher them and they have never told me what their date codes are after numerous requests.
