I checked my RBL and it is not marked with a SKB or any other foreign proof mark. It is marked RBL PROOF.

One combination that I use is a Herters hull, Claybusters 1 oz. blue wad, 1 oz. of 8 shot, Spreder on top. Makes a nice crimp.
