I use a 17mm arch punch to make my overshot cards for 16 ga. I used to use a 16mm punch, but the roll crimp sometimes gets by the overshot card because 16mm is a little undersized, so I went up to 17 ... |

Did you use the brass starter on the loads pictured? My crimps look real bad when I start them with the plastic crimp starter and a virgin hull.

Just keep in mind Remington Model 31's (maybe others?) typically have a bore of about .670-.672". That's the reason for not representing the charts as final diameters. Fwiw.
