As gjw said, Q1 marking in ddr guns means "highest quality" for export.
But too bad, it is mostly just for marketing.

6.5x55 is quite rare caliber in older drillings.
And combination 6.5x55/16/16 is almost impossible to find.
Of course this concerns used guns, sure you can order what ever you want if you have enoug ... |

I have used MM with 1oz tungsten loads.
For extra protection (non steel barrels on my drilling) and to fill up space (1oz tungsten is not very bulky) I have used 28ga wad inside MM.

As a rule, German guns have the month and year of their proofing stamped on the flats.
Not allways. I think it was 1929 when this came mandatory.
Some manufacturers used it before -29, but after ... |
