Yes the Sweets of that year had a gold trigger and safety ,they started marking them in on the receiver end of 1947 beginning of 1948 , the *** choke designation is for cylinder bore

That appears to be a standard weight , one went for 400 at an auction in Illinois on 1 Jan , I paid a little more than that for my '33 model
