Ted is correct 2 3/4 chambers are on all Model 37 regardless of gauge. Unless it is marked MAG on the gun.

About a year or so back there was a similar thread over on shotgunworld. Les Hovencamp chimed in and said that as long as the gun was modified or a more open constriction you should be good to go.

Not trying to offend or start anything. Have you checked the weight on a BPS in 16ga? A 16 hunter model is 7 lbs 2 oz. The upland special is 6lbs 13oz.. 2 to 8 ounces. IMO this is a non issue. |
