In addition to all the suggestions made, my personal experience has shown that high velocity loads tend to open patterns, while low velocity loads tend to tighten patterns.

Should the total number include all the 16's I have owned, but foolishly sold or traded away. If that's the case, then there never is enough. Just keep buying them until you own them all.
