Thanks for the reply. I saw those also. I'm looking for the more basic 1620, more in the $3800 range.

Stokes in Ohio. Basic 1620, blue c/c frame, $3550. Mine is ordered and will be here soon, I hope. Only reason he had to order it was I wanted the pistol grip and 2 triggers. I'll look around for the number. He has no website. I got his name from another member on here a while back. |

Colorado,
Stokes number is 419 680 0589. You won't beat his prices. I called 5 places before I got his number. Not one was close to him. |

If you want a 1620 with English stock and single selective trigger, he can get those pretty quick.
Mine on the other hand looks like it's going to take a "few more months". Wow. At least I have my 47E and my Sterlyworth to start the season with. |

ColoradoPaul:
You can try Gunsport in Boulder, 303-938-1396. He usually has a couple Merkels in stock.
I'm also planning on going there tomorrow (Tuesday) if you want me to check things out. |

Found One
Thanks for your suggestions. Nutcase turned me on to a place in Boulder that appears to have come through.
