I've used their magazine type primer seating hand tool for decades. I had one of the lever bars wear out in my oldest one. I asled for just the part as everything else was still good. They sent me a whole new priming tool and three more lever bars to replace them as they wore out. All I can say to that is WOW!

They made me a small base die when thier standard full lenght 30-06
was not enough for fresh M1 barrel.
Thier service is great |

Is the Lee loader able to load steel shells with the included bushings? |

my experience with the 16ga lee and steel shot is #4 and smaller, and even they(#4) hang in the drop tube once and a while. 7/8 oz bushing is what i haved used in the past |
