This is a public service announcement.
In my travels to gunshops here in PA and in New Jersey looking for a Rizzini O\U I came across this Rem 31. It is 16 ga (of course!) with a plain MOD choke barrel and bead front sight. No idea of barrel length, although I'd guess 28". Action is very smooth and receiver color is dark. Price on the hang tag is $239. The problem is the buttstock looks like it was once cut short for a youth, then the wood was fitted back on and a rubber recoil pad added. To my eye it doesn't look half bad for a game gun. It is very light weight too.
The US distributor for Rizzini in West Chester, PA sent the wrong gun to this dealer so I'll need to go back either tomorrow (Sat) or next week when the correct one arrives. If anyone is interested in this pump gun I would be willing to take a digi pic to show the condition. Or pass on the dealer's phone number. |

Don't say that too loud. One of the model 12 worshipers might be lurking. |

There were 3 model 12's in the same rack as the 31 but I didn't bother to look at what guage they were. |
