Matt:
Yes, I concur the colonoscopy itself is a piece of cake. It is the swallowing all that stuff the night before that gets me . I am under 50 and this is my FOURTH one - history of colon cancer in the family. Lost my Dad to colon cancer YES, necessary maintenance for sure (even if you don't have the history).
I keep thinking a new gun might help me swallow the bitter pill of swallowing all that stuff - maybe that single trigger(s) 16 ga arietta at Cabelas with the magic marker on the stock that revdocdrew is touting over on the guns list
MattKC - teaching can be rewarding (at least for me). We just started a new criminal justice program here (I am not involved). It is funny to see the kids thinking that they will work in a lab like that on CSI Miami and New York - you know the ones where they visit the crime scene, get the DNA analysis, and solve the case all in an hour. too funny.......... |

Bustingclays:
None of my students want to be a cops. They all have dreams of becoming crime scene investigators. I try to explain to them that the guys that work in the lab don't work in the field. Also, the csi guys don't interview or chase suspects. |
