You might not want to be very judgmental about Case colors by looking at any of these examples on the web. The photos are generally poor (to be kind) and who know what has been done to colors with various computer applications. Colors are best judged in hand with overhead subdued sunlight.
On the other hand even internet photos give real impact to what it looks like to glue on a cheek piece as an after thought |

An opinion, and only that, from another Forum:
If you want a Parker to look like a Parker should, Doug Turnbull is your guy. He has perfected the subtle Parker case colors that are so difficult to reproduce, and his work is recognized as the best for this particular job. There may be others out there than can do as well, but I am not aware of them. Larry Del Grego's case colors did not look like the original Parker's colors either, for whatever that's worth. |
