Thinking of getting a 16 gauge Rizzini Round body w 29" barrels have not been able to look at one in person. I looked at a Fausti Class round it was nice but didn't please my eye as much as the Rizzini. I have a Rizzini Arum Classic now that I shoot for clays I like it just wanted some thing different. Anybody here have a Rizzini round body? |

We got one in the shop I work in and the boss handed it to me and it is a really nice gun. He made me a really good offer to buy it but I have a 525 in 16ga. so I passed. Very nice balance and workmanship. It didn't last long. This one had 29 inch barrels.

Gordon,
Do you remember what it weighed? Was it the Case Color or Silver receiver. |

I don't remember what it weighed but it felt good between my hands. It had the silvered receiver with the side plates. A good looking gun to be sure.

I have had Rizzini Round Body guns in 12, 16, and 28 gauge. I like them.
!2 is six pounds 14 ounces.
20 is about 6 pounds 6 ounces. Some are a bit more.
28 is 5 pounds 12 ounces. |

Do you have the case colored or silver receivers? I prefer the case color but feel the silver will hold up better for a sporting clays gun. |

I've never seen the Rizzinis but I'm betting the Faustis are much better looking...oh wait, you're talking about the GUNS . |

Rizzini or a FAIR? Both are great guns, I sure liked my Fausti Dea however.
My 40th Anniversaire FAIR 16 is a round body, it's super light, and super well built.

My preference has always leaned toward the round-bodied Fausti's...such as the Modelo Giovanna. I'll bet she'd be very lively in your hands. |

I got my hands on a 20 Gauge Fausti Class Round was not real impressed nice gun just didn't have the wow factor. The butt stock was thick and the for end was not sleek. The importer of the Rizzini round body sent me photo's of 2 16's he has in Idaho they look extremely nice. I really wanted to handle one before I bought one. |
