I'm told by some that PB and 7625 will be discontinued by the end of 2014. If that's true, then the low pressure recipe I'm about to start using with 7625 for my 1923 A.H. Fox Sterlingworth and early Winchester Model 12 will end when my 2lbs are gone. What are you guys going to use for your light loads? Sooner or later this hoarding will dissipate and I'll need to change over to another powder. Appreciate any guidance.
Regards,

Unique, 20/28 and Universal are powders that will fill the niche. |

I have found International Clays just about identical to PB when used in the 16. Don't know where to go for a 77625 replacement. |

what Mark said ... 1st , 20/28 was around and no Unique ... Now , Unique is slowly coming around and 20/28 can't be found . Haven't seen any Univ around in a while . Green Dot is close to what you are looking for and Herko may be a sleeper as not many are looking for it . !6ga is neat , because you can use just about anything if necessary .... Mark , how good is powder avilabilty cown your way ? GG - how bout down your way ? |

Probably because Lonshot is a slower burning powder that is better for heavier loads such 1 1/8 and 1 1/4 oz . It will work for 1 oz but is not optimal , doesn't burn as clean . |
