Some of the toughest, if not THE toughest gun laws in the country and one of the highest gun crime rates to go along with it. They just don't, and never will, get it.

Im not sure, I have bought ammo online before, but had to email my FOID and Drivers Lic to the Co. and no problem.
When I went to check out a WARNING popped up and said UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOUR ADDRESS.
