| whew , this driving is getting to be a KILLER . 25hrs , 1605 miles . Not too many birds located till right at the end ... OF COURSE ! Crops are just getting in creating the problem . Hooked up with Nick , Joel and a couple a Nick's buddies and their kids . Love to hear the kids version ! Walked as far as they could , walked as far as I could - tough hunting . Got a sharpie the 1st 5 mins and a rooster as the sun set the last day . The kids ended up getting some shooting as did all .Found the honey hole the last hr . Everybody out there is doing well as is the gang . We missed Stack and Reno , but just couldn't get everyone there . Nick will post pics when he can . Birds or not , wouldn't have missed the trip for anything . Peach hunted her ass off - is 9 now and still going well .... special thanx to RENO for a well needed overnight with some nice gracious people . Slept well , ate well and some great conversation - THANX DAVE !!! |

This is Chad Stamm and his daughter Jarrid Stamm AKA ( TUMBLE WEED ) some will remember this little lady from back in 06 or 07 with her first turkey I called in for her and her dad .
This is my Great Nephew Dalton Carter , he was a bit hard on this bird . Dalton is going into the Army at the end of the year and this was his first hunt .
This is Terry Gan and his son Adam , many of you already know Terry from past hunts .
Joel Moser and Ole Furry Face Himself Bill Shaw is in this pic .
This is the whole crew .
I did not take pic's of all the birds , we were simply too tired after all the driving , left here at 6 PM got to Moo at around 10:30 AM was a bit tired .
Heading back up over Thanksgiving with Dave Berthold and his boy will post more Pic's then.
