Hi I would like the 16 gauge reloading press but only with hand tools. What need ?, I'm not a handyman, so if you could put a video tutorial will be very grateful. I want to refill cartridges more affordable and traditional way possible.

Thank you,

Oscar.

P.D: By the way I would use plastic sheaths. With star collars.

Oscar, is this what you had in mind when you said hand tools?

The above is a Lee Loader and has been out of production for years, although still available on-line.
I only know of one company that makes hand tools specifically for reloading, but a used single stage press may be less expensive and is very easy to use. I reload all brass hulls for hunting with simple hand tools and it takes at least twice as long as a single stage press, albeit twice as fun.

Hi, I can't see the pics, but I believe what tool you said. I'm thinking in real manual tool I didn't refer to reloading press.

Thank you

The simple and cheap press called a Lee Load All is better because it does many more loading combinations of powder, wad, shot weight, primers, cases. they often show up on E-Bay as used for a cheap price. also look at the Lee Loader , for 16ga it is all hand tools. It does not re-size the brass.

That is a roll crimper . It only closes the case mouth. It does not - deprime ,reprime. or resize the brass head. If that is what you want , look on E-bay for a used one in 16ga.

I want a complete set of tools for reloading 16 caliber cartridge, all you need to reload a complete round, not counting of course with components as felts, powder, pellets etc ...

Thank you,

Oscar.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. The truth is that the shipping supply Ebay seem excessive.

Oscar, this Italian company ships throughout Europe. The company has MEC presses in all gauges in addition to the roll crimper you already know about:
