Those posts support that this issue was blownout of proportion and distributed to support some ones personal opinions.
Clearly our legal systems have some issues but in this case the rulings are right on target.
The object lesson remains, dont just forward this stuff without checking it out. The consequences and the polarization of otherwise reasonable and agreeable people are too great.

Jeff-this was originally forwarded to me BY a lawyer in KC and it was a press release FROM a lawyer in LA. I posted it here because I value the experience, opinions, and expertise of guys on this Forum and because I have no personal capacity to discern if this is BS or not, and don't even know where to go to find the original court decision, which I probably couldn't interpret anyway.
As I said before, I do appreciate the good advice received. |
