Wondering how low of pressure do you need to go to for Damascus barrels and if anyone knows if rst's or polywads get there?

I shoot RST's and my reloads that are loaded to approximately the same pressure as RST's in my three Damascus barreled guns.

Before you shoot any cartridges in any old gun, steel or Damascus, you should have them checked by a gunsmith who is knowledgeable about old guns.

In a general sense, yes, in a specific to your gun sense, no one can answer that but you after you've had the gun inspected properly.

Hi Mark! Hope all is well with you. Anyway, Alex from RST said his 2 1/2", 1oz loads have a pressure of 6800psi. Don't know about polywad. Bust as others have said, get the bbls checked out first.

Good Luck Old Friend!
