I know this is shotguns but since we have so many members spread from coast to coast I thought I should ask if anybody has seen 30 Remington ammo around. My dad bought an old Remmy Chamberd in it and ammo's a little scarce in this region |

No, it's different from the 30 Carbine; the 30 rem is a rimless version of the 30-30. the nearest thing to it casewise is the 6.5x54, which is probably just as hard to get. |

Thank you for all the help. I will check out these tomorrow. We have an affinity for old guns my guild 16 might be the oldest followed closely by what may be the last Krag ever made. |
