I want a lotta somethings Perhaps a Win 21 (3 barrel set) w/exhibition wood, "English" straight stock. 12-5 engraving (gold inlaid, of course), single selective trigger. 16ga (naturally). I have bought collectible shorebird gunning decoys at auctions. I learned early without getting clobbered that a best practice is to have someone with expertise exam the item one is interested in. I bought a bird but the condition was misrepresented. I received a refund because the repair was obvious in the hand and not represented by the company's description or visible in the photos. Subsequently, I paid an expert to evaluate AND bid in my stead at future auctions. Unless one has eyes at the auction, one can't be sure if he bidding is genuine and not shilled. |

I have removed the offending user and related post - we will absolutely not tolerate rhetoric of this nature on this forum, period. I have also removed the subsequent commentary about said post. Additionally, anyone commenting regarding perceived unfairness for removing this user will also be removed.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention so quickly. |

So, s long are you now in charge of this forum? Was this an elected position or did you just assume the authority? It would have been nice to let the members know with at least a notice in the "General Discussion" section.
If this is a removable offense in your eyes, so be it.

S-long, my apologies, guess I missed the boat on this, didn't know what I was talking about.
Thank you for your help.
