Vectan powder from Nobel is in stock at Graf and Sons . A lot of these are shotgun powder but alas i can not find 16ga Data for any of it . I suppose some testing needs doing. The price is quite reasonable. |

If you go to the last page of the spreadsheets for reloading by hull you will find some loads listed under Noble Sport and also Vectan for the 16 gauge.. They are in the format from the books so different from the normal way I have loads listed. Just page down through the loads. |

I emailed NobelSport today requesting 16ga load data. If they respond, I'll share my results with the loading group.
I also invited them to post here directly to the forum. |

I did list the 16 gauge loads out on the spreadsheets.I guess nobody looked.
I also put a works document out there with all of the loads for the vectan powders.
|
When I looked, the word doc had not been added, sorry. The data on the spreadsheets was kinda thin, so was hoping to get a bit more detail on wad types they recommend and 7/8oz loads. Never hurts to ask.
Since it's Friday afternoon I don't expect a response right away from NobelSport. |

I have no problem opening the word document. What program are you using, what version of office?
I have the PDF file that came from them. if I can figure out how to upload that file I will let everybody know. I had the link but cannot locate it now. |

I posted links to both Nobel sport and gualandi out on the site. These are their loads.
I found one other load for the 16 gauge. There are some out there but you have to go through sites over in Europe.
70mm Cheddite Case
616 Primer
1.35gm Vectan A1
2mm Evo Over Powder Card
17mm Evo Driving Wad (9mm+8mm)
30gm #6.5 (2.5mm) lead shot
Star Crimp |
