| Learned about powder migration first-hand several years ago when using longshot in Federal hull and Rem sp-16 wad for 1 1/8 oz load. No issues and great patterns at the board, but carry around a few days in the vest, and multiple bloopers. Even had a wad stick in the barrel. Definitely got my attention! Moved to Blue Dot and 800x with same hull and wad and no problem. Have a lot of 800x and would prefer to use with the Activ to reduce chance of migration, but can't find a recipe for something in the 1225 fps range. I'll give your Unique load a try. Thanks again. |
