Any rule of thumb regarding pressure with same primer, powder type and weight, wad, shot load in brass hulls versus plastic hulls?

I have been told by the manufacturer of Rocky Mountain Cartridge that because of the greater volume, their brass shells produce lower pressure. The same should be true for MagTech hulls as they even have greater internal dimensions than RMC.
Tom Armbrust has performed pressure tests on both and can answer your question.
