can I use a SG16 wad in a rem game load hull? or should it only be used in a cheddite hull? thinking of using it in a 2 1/2 inch hull with 7/8 oz of shot |

yes, but you'll find it to be a tight fit. May bulge a few hulls or have the wad go in crooked. I prefer the DR16 and the 20 ga Gualandi wad (SG20L). Or even the available Rem SP16 with a filler for 7/8 oz loads.

I use the SG16 hull in a lot of R/P hulls with 1oz loads. i haven't hound any data for the 7/8oz loads but would love to use them for that since I just bought another case and with the cost of shot I will definitely use lighter loads for practice shooting. |

The new Claybuster 7/8 oz. wad is the correct diameter and works great for 7/8 oz. loads in the Rem GL hull. |
