I have a variety of shells, hulls, primers, and powder that I will be liquidating soon, but I am not sure how to go about it. Can someone tell me what methods of shipping are accepted for private shipment of hazmat?

The various carriers are kind of confusing about what I can actually ship with who, and I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out how to unload this stuff.

Unless anyone in the Western NY/Northwestern PA area is potentially interested in a bunch of supplies, I am looking at finding an online venue that allows the sale of reloading supplies and then shipping the stuff.

My experience is that Fedex will take most anything from an individual with few questions asked.

I believe you can ship loaded ammo via ups, but there is a special label that goes on the package, label says ORD.
USPS I believe will not ship ammo period.
Empty or primed hulls believe can be shipped by usps or ups.

You can't ship powder.

The marking required on the shipping container containing ammunition is ORM-D in a box.
