I have some hulls, that visually look the same, excepting for the height of the brass/steel base. All four are two piece plastic tube with plastic basewad. the basewads in all measure the same and have the same shape. they are 12 ga 3" hulls with brands: Winchester, Kent, Bismouth, and Hevi-Shot. does anyone know if all or part of these were made by the same maker, AND/OR, will the same reloading data be useable?

Cheddite hulls . I have two bags of those hulls, new primed. I got from Graf some years ago. They have Winchester heads, are 12ga 3" they match exactly the Cheddites with the generic heads.

I had a bag of those a few years back that I ordered from Ballistic Products. They were pretty good hulls and very reasonably priced as long as you didn't mind hulls of different colors and different makes and shot sizes stamped on them, which I didn't.

The only ones I would question would be the Winchester hulls, they may not be Cheddites like the rest. Usually the 3" USA made Winchester hulls will have slightly more volume than the 3" Cheddites and they take American sized primers. Winchester also makes High base wad 3" hulls, you can spot those by seeing if the primer exposed half way or totally set inside the basewad.
