I'm pretty sure all Sizemasters are convertible to other gauges and can swap collets out. All 3 of mine are.
Would a Supersizer + 3 - 600jr's be a solution for you? |

For sure the Sizemaster can be converted to the desired gauge by replacing the collet -- it was designed to be convertible. It's easy, too. Just make sure you get a good fitting wrench on the collet retaining nut (jam nut) underneath, as the nut is very thin with large chamfers on its hex, so it must be "grabbed" squarely by the wrench. I prefer a socket or a slightly offset box end wrench, and you might have to grind it flat and square to get the best grip. Turn the collets in or out with a large screwdriver inserted from the top, and wedged into the through-hole in the bottom of the collet. Piece of cake. |

Good tips, MaximumSmoke. I would add not to forget to lube the collet well with NeverSeez.

Just a suggestion.
Anti-seize or never-seize, etc. work OK.
However I have found a much better, longer lasting, stay where you put it, and a grease that doesn't make a mess like anti-seize does, it is called:
Rock n Roll Super Web Grease and you can find it on Amazon.
Matter of fact it lubes everything on a MEC reloader better than any other lube I have found.
A great guy over on SGW found this stuff. |

I also use Rock n Roll Super Web Grease and it is FAR SUPERIOR to any anti-seize I used before I learned about it on SGW. |
