Decided to thin the flock of A5's. First gun is a 1947 Remington Model 11. High 90s condition, 28 inch full choke. All original. $475 plus actual shipping.
Second is a Savage 720. Hesitate to sell this one since it has the harder to find 26 in barrel and Mod choke. Looks like the wood is redone in a nice reddish color like the 50's SW 16's. Blue looks nice inside but shows thinning in the direct sun. No rust or major dings, just normal hunting marks. $325 plus actual shipping.
Please pm with any questions |

I know nothing about A-5s, but are these two then guns made by Brownings supplier but marketed as a Remington and a Savage or did Remington and Savage made a copy or the same gun under license? I know Browning really doesn't make anything themselves, but this is the first time I realized there were Savage and Remington Hump Backs out there.
Thanks, Bob |

These were made by Remington and Savage themselves. |
