Wow, what a pair.
I was not aware that one could get that kind of engraving on a citori.
How does one go about exploring the availability of such a gun?

I got mine from Ron Reimer. He is retired from Browning. You can find him on Facebook or just Googling his name. You could also probably get one from the Browning custom shop for about 3X's the price.

He told me he squirrelled away some hand picked guns while working there and has been also buying older guns as new in the box with extra nice wood when he can find them. He then engraves them in his home studio.

I may have just gotten extremely lucky. I never saw these or heard of him before but when I saw the first 16 I knew I had to try to buy it. The 2nd one was just pure lust/greed.

He has a 12 on GunsInternational right now, with a different pattern though. Look in the custom shotgun section. I asked him if he would consider doing a SXS project for me and he politely turned me down. He said he knows Browning's best and is as busy as he wants to be.

Email him and he will respond. He is a very nice guy. He live in Wyoming and spends his spare time hunting and fishing.

Thanks for the pics, ROMAC. Those are, in a word, stunning. Would you hazard a guess what Reimer would charge to do an old Superposed in something like that?

Stunning is a good word. That engraving is nothing short of intense. A grand pair indeed!

No idea what he might charge.

My only conversation for any custom work was for a SXS project and he politely declined.

The best thing to do is look him up and make contact with him.

The worse thing he can say is no.

I think this pair of guns should be displayed at the Sweet 16 Shoot in May. ROMAC, if you can't make it just ship the guns to me. Laughing
