The tools look as if they would be okay.
These are the tools that I use and they appear similar to the Lanes tool set.
From L-R: De-primming tool, Primer insert tool, Wad insert tool and a powder dipper. The tools sans the dipper are from RMC and I made 3 dippers for my favorite loads.

I cannot express the pleasure and satisfaction I have gotten from RMC brass reloading, simple and fun. The only negative is the lack of specific to RMC reloading data, but if I get time this summer I hope to work on that.

Between RMC and roll crimpers plastic and paper I rarely use my presses to crimp anything.

The Lane tools are similar to the RMC set, similar enough that I have not felt the need to get them

RMC hulls can be laded with and published, gauge appropriate recipe found in reloading manuals and powder company web sites for straight walled hulls.
Federal hull load data works well. Have fun. Very Happy
