Rev, I hope bird season comes soon; you have way too much time on your hands ! Nice work though. Too bad Ed the pyromaniac got his hands on that last Parker; coulda been a beauty!

I've always wondered, is "MASTER GUNSMITH ED LANDER" one and the same as Ed1, the seller.
Anybody know? |

Rev, I can't believe you bypassed Master Eds 20 bore sterlingworth. The special greenish tinge was just breathtaking. Seriously though, nice job on this subject. |

The Case Colors PictureTrail has been re-organized by gun maker and now includes some Dr Gaddy and Dr Bill Hambidge re-dos AND some terrible Ed1 abominations. Lots of incredible sweet Elsies added also. Still looking for some better examples of Lefever Nitro Specials (Ithaca), Uncle Dan Lefevers, and Baker guns. Please e-mail pics to revdoc2@cox.net The picture must be sent as a JPEG attachment file in order for me to save it to my computer and then put it on the picture trail. OR if you spot a good candidate on GunsAmerica or GunBroker let me know. Thanks and enjoy

662,
The question came up on DGS a while back. The answer, if my memory serves, was no they aren;t the same person, but there is a connection between the two.
Also, Rev unless I'm missing something on your most excellent case color examples, I don't see any Rem. 1894/1900's. I'd like to see a few examples listed. I'll keep my eye out for some and let you know if I see some somewhere.
