Great deal! Those are stout loads. 5's really do the number on roosters. |

Thanks Mike! Excited to try these on ducks this year. Work 8 minutes from a store so ran up over lunch today. Even had a gift card from my birthday! |

Anyone have a waterfowling field report on these shotshells in 16ga?
Before the TungstenMatrix prices went thru the roof and then they discontinued it, my absolute favorite load was their 16ga 1 1/4 of #5’s. Deadly I tell ya. Deadly.
Is it me or does an ounce of shot seem a little low for waterfowling? |

Used the 5's on a rooster recently when I took the new to me Sauer out for the first time. Recovered 3 pellets and they all were stil perfectly round. Any one else experience this? Thought I'd notice recoil in that gun with 1300 fps but didn't. Seems to burn a little dirty though.
Was that price just yesterday Mike? Says $14.38 now.
Has anyone ever used the 28 gauge ones for anything? |

What’s an ounce of 5 of bismuth running these days? Pellet count? |

I was at Cabelas yesterday and the price for the 16 ga shells were $14.38/box. I didn't buy any but after reading the reports, I'd better get back over there and pick some up. |
