...anyone tried them? Have switched exclusively to 2 1/2" reloads and was wondering if they would cycle in the new Swt 16.

Yes all the time , depends on the load weather or not it will cycle the gun .
edit ; Rem 2 9/16" hull 16gr Green dot r16 wad 7/8 oz & 2 1/2 " ched hull 3/4oz 1400fps both will cycle my gun . |

When I was field testing one of the new Sweet 16's, it cycled perfectly with Herter's 1 oz. Did not cycle reliably with either 3/4 or 7/8 oz RST's. |
