Hello, I have not written in the forum for a long time. This hunting season has been horrible, I have failed many pieces with several shotguns of caliber 12. I had the old 16-gauge shotgun in the armorer and today I used it to hunt and did it again. I have killed three rabbits and one thrush. The 29 grams of lead of the 7 have achieved what 34 grams of lead of the 6 have not been able. Today I float on clouds. I love this caliber.

In my house it is usually stewed with rice. My mother also prepared them simply fried.

Oscar.

Oscar,
Welcome back and don’t be such a stranger. Looks like the 16 served you well.

Good Hunting,

Oscar, good to hear from you. Hope things have been good for you and Simba and she is well. When we first met you on the forum, I mentioned, but didn’t introduce to you my Brittanys. Left to right, one of Floyd’s Brittanys, Sadie, and my two American Brittanys, Abby and Willa, depicted after a successful American Woodcock hunt. Our woodcock is smaller compared with the European. The shotguns are Floyd’s Ithaca SKB 20 ga. and my English A. Ilsley 16. Gil

Since you are a big fan of Spanish shotguns, here is Floyd’s Spanish beauty of a shotgun. While not a 16 ga., the bottom gun is Floyd’s #4 Deluxe 28 ga. AyA. The one on top is my Darne R10 20 ga.

Hello, I will try not to absent myself for so long from this wonderful forum. But really many times I have nothing to tell and I'm left out. Thank you very much again for your welcome.

My mother! I thought that the first Breton in his picture was my Simba. It's the same. Excellent perch of woodcocks has achieved. In the area where I hunt, there are no woodcocks. This mysterious bird is found in the dreary forests of northern Spain. greetings, sir
