Gentlemen,
Does anybody have any insight or suggestions, or am I flat out of luck? About the second week of May , I sent my Ithaca Model 37, 16 gauge to Ithaca to have it reblued. They said it would take about 6 weeks. Now I understand that they are out of business completely. They no longer have a web site and their phone has been disconnected. They now have my gun and my money. Is there anyway to get any of it back? Will they just keep my gun or trash it or what? Wouldn't the ATF be interested in doing something about it? I'm sure I'm not the only one. I need HELP!!!!

Another site days the Auburn N.Y citizen newspaper has a fax number of 315-253-4215 for poople who have purchased a gun or has one in for repair. They say to send name, address, tel. # & order number of the repair that they are doing. Probably wouldn't hurt to have the ser # of your gun & the date the repair was charged to you!
Best of luck to you, I was lucky enough to get mine back a few months ago.

I spoke w/ the owner today and he assured me that everyone who has a gun at the repair facility will get it back. He said he has 2 people working on just doing that. He also said to be patient as it may take some time. I guess all I can do now is wait.
