Great write up Gil. Enjoyed the pics and the incredible carving by Floyd looks ready to take flight. |

Ok Gil, here it comes. You are officially killing us now as another cold snap sets in up here. But never stop! Always a treat. |

Here's a photo of a pheasant hunt this year with my Husqvarna 100 16, currently out being re-case colored. The 2nd photo is what it looked like when I bought it, re-stocked in pistol grip but with a poorly done checkering job.

Hey, its been quite a while since leaving Photobucket, so I'm trying to set up a new photo hosting site. As usual, skeettx will probably have to help out.
Took the leap and headed to Mearn's country--two days drive. A few more year, and this old codger may not have made it. Times were tough (should have been here last year!!!), but my old bird hunting buddy from the 70s and 80s and I got a few! The second picture is his new French Brittany pup and, heaven forbid, his 20 gauge SKB.

End of the year quail hunt. Ran my two Britts at my buddy's farm Saturday. Too hot for my dogs in the beginning as they wilted after 45 minutes. Buddy's EP's hunted rest of the way. Conditions dry and hot and finding birds was tough. We spent 3 hours hunting until 530 pm. Not a 16; Darne R10 20 ga. Gil
