If it's designed for small fragments, the right pocket. If larger, then the left. Haven't you been paying attention?
Re your sig line, "so would men". |

Heck, I can't remember which pocket my truck keys are in. How many times have you crawled under your truck seat looking for some spare shells only to find one or two covered in mystery goo.? Thank goodness for SxS you can shove about anything in them. |

Hey, as long as you didn't put it in the same pocket as the toilet paper. That could get just a wee tad messy later on. |

Depends on two things whether your pants are up or down and which one you pull the pin on first. Enough potty talk, what are you going to break today Mr. Chukar? Keep it going I'm painting ceilings today and will need a break here and there. Let's see standard 9 inch roller or the magnum 18 inch? 18 covers more ground but the 9 swings easier.....
By the way ingenious on the wad slitter surprised Byrdog didn't have that in his arsenal of inventions. |

What am I going to break today? God willing, nothing. It depends on how many times the wire knot wheel snags and jumps as I pass the angle grinder over some old paint and undercoating on the Ranchero body. Those events really wake you up! I think this is my last car project. I like working on guns much more. I need to finish checkering the N.S. too. I will post a pic of that later, even if it is a 12 ga. |

Gentlemen,
No need what so ever to butcher a classic American Double gun with screw in chokes. All you need to do is start shooting SpredR shells, I use them all the time out of my L.C. Smith, LeFever and J.P Sauer double guns. Deadly bird guns every one of them.
If you want to open the chokes, have Rich Painter or Freddie Brunner do it professionally, to fit your needs.
Never butcher a good American Classic with screw in chokes.

Oh I don't know if it would be butchering. Heck, I modify the forcing cones and stock set anyway. The only serious reason to do it is for chukar hunts that don't turn out as expected; it is a very long way back to the truck for the tight choked gun if I need it, something Soread-R's won't help. I hunt chukars often enough to justify it, but figure that I have gotten this far without screw in chokes. I probably don't need to spend $600 on the conversion & chokes and then drop a tube down between the boulders anyway. |
