I've got an opportunity to buy a new A5 DU 16 gauge someone won at a DU dinner for about half what I paid for my "plain" one. Any idea of the real value of these? I've seen some on the auction sites sell for around $2,000.

Our local DU chapter has one for our banquet and the auction price starts at $1500 to pay our cost

First I’ve heard of these. Is there a picture anywhere? Just like to see what it looks like.

Make sure you see one in person before you buy. No offense meant to anyone, but to me the metal finish looks like silver spray paint.

Not buying. Just bought a 26 inch model. Dove today is it’s first hunt.

I think a gold embellished blued receiver would appeal more to me.

Its worth fair market value of a standard Sweet 16. There is no premium on it being a DU gun.

At our spring dinner the DU Sweet Sixteen went for $1400. Fall dinner is in two weeks...
