Just had to post this, Cabelas Herters has a buck and ball load, 12 ga only. Thought those were last used in the Civil War, just might have to order some in honor of the 90th Pennsylvania.

Wow - buck and ball. Other than my books on the American (un)Civil War, have not heard of it. Never seen a modern factory load for it until this!

I use it in my 20. Model 37 ICY ---- both balls in a pie plate at 50 yards |
