Just curious what all brands still make 16 gauge over unders. Personally I’ve held 3 different new ones over the years as they are very difficult to find around here. They were a Tristar Arms, a Rizzini, and a Franchi (spelling). Who all else makes them? |

Savage is also releasing a 555 16 ga. O\U it is on the website now.
Rizzini is a large family and there 4 different gunmakers. As mentioned both Battista Rizzini (B. Rizzini) and his brother Isadoro Rizzini (F.A.I.R.) make 16 ga. O\U guns. I have 2 of each. Battista sued his brother about a decade ago to get the rights to Rizzini USA so legally when someone says Rizzini in the US it means B. Rizzini. I will likely add a 3rd Rizzini and in 16 ga. to my safe but it will be a SxS and a F.A.I.R. gun. |

I was going to heartily recommend Merkel, but a quick look at their European Website (Styr Arms is their US distributor) shoes no new 16s! A LNIB/lightly used 200/2000 series would be a fine gun. |
