For all you Ryman Type fans my male Birch is being bred to a female from Fort Collins, CO and they are taking deposits for pups. I believe they have three deposits and the dogs haven’t even been bred. They expect her to be in heat in the next couple of weeks.

We both hunt extensively and to my eye both are handsome dogs, so I anticipate a good litter. The owners are taking a pup and I am undecided (I have enough dogs). My male is from October Setters (River x Spice) and the female is from Firelight Kennels in KS (October Mountain Heath x Firelight Mustang Sally). The owners of October Setters and Firelight arranged this breeding.

If you have any interest send me a P.M. (I think it still works, not sure). I believe they are asking $1,000. If the P.M. doesn’t work, respond here and I can get the contact info to you.

Good Hunting,
Mike

The owners of the dam have quit taking deposits.

Not surprising. Some of the top Ryman-type setter bloodlines in that litter. Should make good bird dogs and companions.
